Excecutive Chef Dennis Kuiper, His creativity and his focus brought him his 1st Michelin star in 2009. Dennis developed several concepts at the hotel. An example is ‘High Wine’, consisting of 4 tasting glasses of wine with matching bites. Dennis Came all the way to Curacao to cook and work with the cooks in Avila Beach Hotel and serve an amazing meal at the Hotel. I was the lucky person who was invited to create a photo reportage in the kitchen where he was creating his amazing food.
